Linseed
Omega-3 fatty acids which flaxseeds contain are the key to the protection of bone mineralization, which occurs from diabetes and menopause.

Sesame seeds
Sesame is full of calcium, magnesium, copper, Vitamin B1, zinc, and dietary fiber. Just a single tablespoon of these seeds contains 88mg of calcium, and only a quarter cup of natural sesame seeds provides more calcium than a glass of milk.

The seeds are also rich in zinc and other minerals that have a positive effect on bone density.

Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium, which synergistically works with calcium but it is often ignored. Recent studies show that about 50% of women receive less than 70% of the recommended daily intake of magnesium, which is a major factor for osteoporosis.

This mineral is beneficial for the health of our bones, plays a role in the formation of hydrochloric acid, which is necessary for proper digestion and regulates the function of the parathyroid gland, which is the main organ that supervises the bone mineralization.

Pumpkin seeds also contain copper, zinc and Vitamin C.

Sunflower seeds
Only a quarter cup of sunflower seeds provides over 90% of the required daily dose of Vitamin E. It also neutralizes free radicals and has anti-inflammatory effects.

Sunflower seeds are rich in magnesium, which is needed for healthy bones and helps to lower blood pressure, reduces muscle tension,  relieves migraines, headaches, general aches and fatigue.

Raisin
Raisins are considered as one of the most useful fruits in a dehydrated state. Adding raisins to a diet gives amazing results in various bone diseases, including osteoporosis. Raisins are rich in magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, hydrofluoric acid, folic acid, niacin, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6 and Vitamin K.

Honey
Honey contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. It is also rich in niacin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. All of the above help to strengthen the bone.
