Cinnamon & Pineapple Smoothie to Strengthen Knee Ligaments And Tendons

The ingredients it consist of contain anti- inflammatory properties that will reduce pain including, vitamin C, bromelain, silicon and magnesium. These nutrients will give you the strength and energy you need all throughout your body.

Ingredients:
– 1 cup (250 ml) of water
– 0,25 Oz (7 gr) of cinnamon
– Two cups of pineapple chunks (sliced)
– 1 cup of instant oatmeal
– 1 cup of raw natural orange juice
– 1,5 Oz (40 gr) of crushed almonds
– 1,5 Oz (40 gr) of raw honey

Method of preparation:
– Cook the oatmeal.
– Squeeze the juice out from the pineapple chunks.
– Blend orange juice, cinnamon, honey and almonds.
– Add oatmeal and pineapple juice to blender.
– Once it’s smooth add a couple ice cubes and blend for a few more seconds.
