In Times of Anxiety, Press This Point And See What Happens – Incredible!

Have you ever had a panic attack? A moment when you get a strong feeling of anxiety and all you can think of is that you’ll faint or get a heart attack?

In those moments, you are overwhelmed with an enormous sense of fear which leads to an abnormally rapid heartbeat. This feeling is known as tachycardia.

In most cases, it is quite safe, but it may also be a sign of heart problems triggered by anxiety. This usually occurs in people who are nervous and who are under big stress.

Luckily, this problem can be effectively managed and treated with an acupressure therapy that achieves a complete relaxation of the body and increases blood circulation (see below).

There are two main acupressure points related to stress relief. In this article, we will name them as point “G” and point “F”.

The “G” point, or also known as the “Sea of Tranquility“, is one of the vital acupressure points that helps reduce anxiety, nervousness and a rapid heartbeat. This point is located in the middle of the breastbone, three fingers from the lower edge of the bone (picture below).

To activate this point, simply press it firmly with your thumb and hold for 1-2 minutes while breathing deeply, slowly, and evenly.

This will restrain the tension in the chest, emotional disturbances, nervousness, anxiety, depression, and hysteria. It also helps in the treatment of asthma, cough, mastitis, and sore throat.

The “F” point, which is another strong acupressure and acupuncture point for anxiety relief, is called the “Third eye” point, which is located on the forehead, right between your eyebrows.

To stimulate this point, you need to close your eyes and gently press and hold for 1 minute. The breathing should be deep, even, and slow.

This way you will restrain your whole body and the symptoms associated with anxiety will be completely gone! This can also help with insomnia, headaches, eye problems, dizziness, and nasal congestion.

Stimulate these two points to relax your senses and calm down your mind and body completely!
