15 Natural Home Remedies for Back Acne

1. Apple Cider Vinegar
Prepare a mixture of 1 part of apple cider vinegar with 3 parts of water. Apply it on the affected areas with a cotton ball. Leave for some time and then rinse. This kills bacteria which lead to acne.

2. Tomato
Cut a tomato in half and rub it on the area that you’re trying to clear up. Leave the juice on the skin for about 15 minutes.mke sure to rinse it with cold water, hot or warm water will just open up your pores which you don’t want. This will lighten scars and marks left from before.

3. Aloe Vera
Apply gel of Aloe Vera leaves directly on the affected areas. It reduces redness and swelling. Aloe Vera is a wonderful herb to treat acne.

4. Sandalwood
Most people with oily skin have acne do to build up of dirt and oil going into the pores, sandalwood will dry up the oil from the skin getting rid of the acne. Make a paste from sandalwood powder and rose water. Apply this paste on acnes at the back. Leave it overnight and rinse off in the morning.

5. Lemon Juice
Lemon works as natural astringent to cure back acne. Apply a mixture of equal quantities of lemon juice and rose water on the back using a cotton ball. Leave for at least 30 minutes and then rinse. You may also apply lemon juice directly on back acnes. Alternatively, make a paste of 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder. Apply it on the affected area and leave for an hour. Then rinse with cold water.

6. Orange peel
After, you’re finished eating an orange instead of throwing away the peal keep them allow them to dry out in the sun. When they’re all dried up grind the peels and make a paste out of it using warm water and the grinds. Put the paste on the area that’s affected. Wait until the paste is completely dry and wash it off with cold water.

7. Cucumber
Grind cucumber and apply the paste on areas with acne. Leave for half an hour and then rinse. Alternatively, you may extract the juice of two cucumbers and use it to wash the affected skin once or twice a day. This helps to reduce scars and acne.

8. Turmeric
Prepare a mixture of mint juice and turmeric powder. Apply this on affected areas and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Alternatively, apply a paste of turmeric powder with cream on the affected areas to treat back acne. You may also apply a paste of one teaspoon of each turmeric powder and sandalwood powder with milk to cure back acne.

9. Honey
Honey fights infections and works excellent in treating back acne. You may apply honey directly or mix it with yogurt. Alternatively, prepare a paste of 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder. Apply the paste regularly before going to bed at night. Next morning wash using lukewarm water. You may also make a paste of 1 tablespoon of radish seeds, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of milk. Blend all the three things together to form a paste. Apply it on affected areas and leave for two hours. Then wash with cool water.

10. Toothpaste
Toothpaste has been very common for ages to get rid of back acne. Place a small dab on toothpaste over the area that you’re trying to clear up allow it to dry out completely and wash it off with cool water.

11. Oatmeal
Oatmeal removes excess oil in the skin to cure acne. Cook some oatmeal and allow it to cool. Then add 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on the back. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water.

12. Baking Soda
Baking soda eradicates dead skin and clears up the acne. Making a paste like mixture by adding a tiny bit of water to baking soda, make sure to add the water slowly because the mixture can become too watery which you don’t want. Massage the area that’s affected and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Don’t exceed the 15 minute because the baking soda can cause the area you have a rash.

13. Egg
Apply egg white on back acnes and leave for 15 minutes. Then rinse. You may also beat egg whites first and then apply on the affect areas to heal acne.

14. Basil Leaves
Boil 1 cup of water. Put 2-3 dried basil leaves in this and soak it for about 20 minutes. Let the mixture cool. Then apply it on back acne using a cotton ball.

15. Ground Oil
Mix ground oil and lime juice in equal quantities. Apply on the affected areas. Leave for 10-15 minutes and then rinse.
