Military Diet: Lose 10 Pounds In Just 3 Days!

The so called Military Diet was designed by top secret nutritionists at the US military to get soldiers into tip-top shape. It is designed to burn calories because you eat less than you burn for three days a week.

You may add mustard, lemon juice, cooking sprays, spices and natural sweeteners.

DAY 1:

Breakfast
• 1 slice of bread
• 2 TBS of peanut butter
• 1/2 grapefruit
• 1 Cup of tea or coffee (with caffeine)

Lunch
• 1 slice of bread
• 1/2 cup of tuna
• 1 cup of tea or coffee (with caffeine)

Dinner
• 1 Cup green beans
• 3 oz of a meat of your choices
• 1 small apple
• 1/2 banana
• 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY 2:

Breakfast
• 1 piece of bread
• 1 egg
• 1/2 a banana

Lunch
• 1 hardboiled egg
• 1 cup of cottage cheese
• 5 saltine crackers

Dinner
• 2 hot dogs (no bun)
• 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
• 1 cup of broccoli
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

DAY 3:

Breakfast
• 1 slice cheddar cheese
• 5 saltine crackers
• 1 small apple

Lunch
• 1 slice of bread
• 1 hard boiled or cooked egg

Dinner
• 1 cup of tuna
• 1/2 banana
• 1 cup vanilla ice cream

While on this diet, you should consider exercising as much as possible.

People who are usually less active don’t have to do extreme exercises but something simple like a walk in the park or some easy stretches. For those of you who work out normally, exercises like swimming, jumping rope or running are necessary in order to lose weight. Make sure to speak with a doctor before you begin this diet.
