Honey and milk are both used for insomnia and sleeplessness. Separately, they are both extremely effective, but once they are mixed together, they work twice as strong. Honey is a sugary food that controls the amount of insulin being secreted, which is also amazing for the brain because it promotes Tryptophan to be released to it.
