Three different habits which are bad for your health as much as smoking is.
Now, many of you don’t smoke and think that that’s a sign for a healthy life, but at the same time you are overlooking the rest, seemingly harmless habits which are bad for your health as much as smoking itself. The only difference is in the “mechanism” of the long term impact of your body and organism.
- Sitting for a long period
Even if you exercise on daily basis, sitting too long can still damage your body. There is no health problem that a “sitting” way of life won’t make it even worse.
If you sit more than 8 hours every day, then you must consider including a 30 minutes exercise on your daily schedule. Another good way for activating your muscles is if you go to the store on foot, use a public transport or have at least a 15 minute walk with your colleagues. Every once in a while, find an opportunity to lie down for a bit and stretch your legs up in the air, you’ll find this very comforting too.
- Excess of meat and cheese in your daily nutrition
Now many of us won’t like this idea, but you really cannot base your nutrition on these two supplies, as much as you love them. Almost everywhere in the world people think that a meal is not really a meal if there’s no meat included, but that’s not true! Of course our body needs animal proteins which come from meats and cheeses, but there are also some “vegetarian” sources of proteins like soy for example, some mixed veggies, you name it. Try to change your daily nutrition like this and you’ll see the difference.
- Chronic sleep disorder
I believe every one of us knows that an adult person needs at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep every day. By doing this, we’re escaping the chances of having a high blood pressure, heart disease and many other health issues. Feeling tired all the time is not normal and don’t get used to it, instead, change your daily habits and try to secure at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep every day.http://healthinformative.net/three-different-habits-which-are-bad-for-your-health-as-much-as-smoking-is/https://i2.wp.com/healthinformative.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/smoking.png?fit=745%2C425https://i2.wp.com/healthinformative.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/smoking.png?resize=150%2C150General Health
