• Sinus Headache

• Cluster Headache

There still isn’t a specific reason why this type of a headache occurs, but the one thing studies show is that as soon as a certain nerve pathway is activated, the headache occurs.

Treatment: Capsaicin cream. This cream contains an ingredient that you might be familiar with, called capsaicin. Capsaicin is the ingredient found in different types of hot peppers. It works by first stimulating and then decreasing the intensity of pain signals in the body. Apply a small amount to the nostrils in order to create a barrier to the nerve pain signals.

• Migraine

Migraines usually occur between the age of 25 and 55, but they can also be experienced regardless of the age. In America, 38 million people suffer from migraines.

This headache type is way more complicated than any other headache because it includes numerous different neurological symptoms. Migraines are manifested by a severe, intense, throbbing pain on only one side of the head. In one-third of the migraine attacks, the pain occurs on the both sides of the head.

This headache can also accompany other symptoms like vomiting, dizziness, nausea, visual problems being very sensitive to light, certain smells, loud noise and touch. You may also experience numbness in the face. The symptoms radiate from the top of the head descending.
