1. Sleeping on your back

However, this position also has a downside – these people are often snorers which can make them prone to sleep apnea.
2. Fetal position

It is characterized by sleeping on your side with your legs curled up. Usually, people who sleep in this position stay in one corner of the bed and like to sleep next to a wall. According to science, sleeping in this position means that a person is thick-skinned and tough on the outside, but very shy and sensitive on the outside. Although these people may seem shy at first, they tend to relax quickly and are warm, organized, and conscientious.
3. Sleeping on your belly
Sleeping on your belly with your head to the side and your arms wrapped around a pillow is also known as the “Freefaller” position. As the name implies, freefaller sleepers have open, friendly, and playful personalities. They can also be brash at times. Although they seem free-spirited most of the time, they are secretly anxious and are very sensitive to criticism.
4. Sleeping on the side
This sleeping position is characterized by sleeping on your side with your legs stretched out or slightly bent. It can be distinguished from the fetal position as the body tends to be more relaxed, not curled up in a ball. According to science, people who sleep in this position have an analytical mindset, are stable and reliable. They also find it very easy to adapt to any situation in life and like to be a part of the crowd. Finding a pillow that fits may be very challenging.
5. The Snorer
Although this is not a sleeping position, but whether you snore or not can reveal something about you. According to studies, people who snore tend to have extreme emotions which manifest in hyperactivity, aggression, or depression. This is probably because they don’t get enough sleep.
